How do SafeSole GPS tracker insoles work?
The sole sends the current GPS position to the tracking system via mobile network (worldwide). Relatives and carers can use the SafeSole.io platform to track the location on a map, manage it and are automatically notified by SMS/email when the individual geozone is left.
Who is SafeSole suitable for?
For people with orientation problems such as Alzheimer's, dementia or autism . SafeSole is useful for individuals and institutions who want discreet observation and security for seniors or people with special observation needs.
How do I charge the sole's battery? How long does it last?
You can charge the battery via induction charging using the charger provided free of charge. Take the sole out of the shoe and place the white marked area centrally on the charger. The charger lights up blue. Charging time: approx. 1.5 hours
The operating time varies depending on movement up to 3 days . The sole switches to energy saving mode when not in motion.
How often does the sole send location data?
Every minute outdoors. The sole does not send a valid position inside buildings.
I don't see any position on the map. Why?
Is the sole charged ? Is the sole outside ?
Can I return the sole after use?
If the sole is no longer needed but is still fully functional, we will gladly pay €30 for the return. Simply send it in, including accessories.
Is there an alarm function on SafeSole?
With the SafeSole.io platform, you can easily set up a specific geozone . If you leave this geozone, the selected alarm recipients will receive a message via email/SMS .
How do I know when the battery level is low?
The SafeSole.io platform makes it easy to set a battery alarm . The message is sent by email/SMS when the SafeSole battery level is <25% .
Can SafeSole be used in any type of shoe?
In principle, the SafeSole can be inserted into all types of shoes. The sole can be cut to the individual shoe size and is therefore easy to insert.
How to set up and use SafeSole?
After ordering, you will receive your access data to the SafeSole.io management platform. There you can easily configure alarm receivers and geozones.
Load the sole, cut it to size, insert it and full functionality is ensured.
The SIM card is already integrated in the sole.

The hardware and sole are free of charge. Monthly costs start at €33.

Data is only stored in Europe and automatically deleted after a specified period of time. The GDPR is 100% adhered to.
